Our Hiring Process
Application
Start by completing our application form. This helps us understand your experience, attention to detail, and how you approach structured work. We review every submission carefully before moving candidates forward.
Video Interview
The video interview will be with two members of the millwork team. This conversation will be collaborative and focused on your technical skills.
Offer/Feedback
The final stage! After the internal review, our interview team will huddle and come back to you with an offer or feedback on why we are not moving forward.
Technical Assessment
The technical assessment allows us to better understand your drafting and problem-solving skills. You will complete a CAD-based exercise focused on interpreting information, organizing drawings, and applying standards.
Internal Review
After your assessment and interview, our team reviews your work, communication, and overall fit for the role. We compare feedback across reviewers and discuss how you would integrate into our workflow and standards.
