The Millwork Studio is a specialized remote design team dedicated entirely to millwork shop drawings and production documentation. We partner with millwork companies across the world to turn concepts, sketches, and specifications into clear, build-ready drawing packages that fabrication teams can trust.
Our focus is simple: accurate information, consistent standards, and drawings that work in the shop — not just on the screen. Every detail is considered through the lens of real fabrication, installation sequencing, and field conditions so projects move forward with fewer surprises and less back-and-forth.
What You Do
Protect the Standard: Ensure all documentation, drawings, and workflows meet client standards and internal studio benchmarks before delivery.
Architect & Improve Systems: Build, refine, and enforce SOPs, quality review processes, standards libraries, and performance tracking systems.
Lead Structured Quality Control: Oversee final drawing reviews, track recurring issues, and convert mistakes into measurable improvement initiatives.
Drive Accountability & Alignment: Bridge estimating, design, and review to ensure clean information flow and consistent execution across the studio.
