Do you require a deposit?
We typically do not require a deposit unless the project is larger than average, in which case progress payments may be necessary.
When do I need to pay?
You need to pay once we submit your project and send you an invoice. We expect payment within 15 days of the invoice date.
Do you bill for architect's redlines or applying field dimensions?
Redlines and field dimensions are not included in our initial estimate as they can be unpredictable. We can provide these services at an hourly rate if requested.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, ACH transfers, and credit cards.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead times vary, but we usually start projects within 3 business days of award. The project duration depends on its size.
Will the same team handle all my projects?
